As I was buying my first PHEV BMW Jon was very helpful and knowledgeable on the BMW brand, service and warranty etc. They offered a competitive part exchange price for my
old car and very kindly organised some detailing work to be done on the car before collection. A very professional service start to finish. I will definitely consider using again for my next car upgrade.
